ABOUT DANNY KATTAN

Danny Kattan is a co-founder of PIA Residential and has more than 20 years of real estate experience. He brings strategic planning and financing experience to PIA’s management, having worked on the acquisition of over 400 properties representing more than 2000 units and a value of more than $350 million.

In addition to PIA Residential, Danny is also the Founder of Sell2Rent, a platform that aims to revolutionize residential real estate by making a sale-leaseback a mainstream alternative to selling a home. Before founding PIA, Mr. Kattan worked at Countrywide Financial as Mortgage Advisor, gaining vast experience in the residential mortgage market.

Before starting his real estate career, Mr. Kattan participated in launching an internet media services company, an advanced telecommunications company, and a biotechnology company. Danny graduated cum laude from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and received an MBA from the Wharton School of Management at the University of Pennsylvania, where he co-founded the Wharton International Network of Entrepreneurs.
