This week, I'm sharing an interview I did last week with my dear friend Anna Jarvis for her personal training and wellness business. It was International Women's Day last Tuesday so we were discussing a wide range of topic from frequency of training to dealing with unwanted attention in the gym, dealing with cravings and training around your period, to shifting stubborn belly fat or fitting in workouts when life feels too busy.
