On this episode of What’s New to Netflix Instant!? we broadcasted during the midst of the Snowpocalypse, almost losing our electricity and sanity along the way.

Then after going through all of the new titles coming to Netflix in February, we check into a psychiatric ward with Halle Berry as she is haunted by ghostly visions and the possibility that she murdered her husband in Gothika from 2003. Next, Nicolas Cage as well as a few comedians and language experts talk to us about swear words in the aptly named History of Swear Words from 2021. And finally, Jason Statham is trying to raise his daughter in a small town, but when the local meth dealer (played by James Franco) finds out he’s ex-DEA, he decides to make things interesting in Homefront from 2013.

All of this plus mysterious deaths in mysterious towns, pole dancing, films that sound like Kevin Smith films but aren’t, The King of Queens takes on millennials, Bear Grylls tries to outdo The Crocodile Hunter, and when dogs might need an intervention.
