As St Patrick's day is this week and we’re a whiskey show, it’s only correct that we sip on an Irish Whiskey… So that’s what we’re going to do! One year on from trying their blended and Single Pot Still Pinot Noir finish, we’re cracking open another Samuel Gelston’s in the form of the classically Irish, Single Pot Still Whiskey.
