This week we take a step back in time, as we revisit four whiskies from The New Zealand Whisky Collection which Nick tasted back in Episode 1, The South Island Single Malt, The High Wheeler, The Dunedin Double Wood and the mighty Oamaruvian. So now Dave and Nick can actually get together again, it’s time for them to taste these four drams in each other's company for the first time… yes, Nick actually shared his Whisky with Dave, it must have been a special occasion! We also revisit our 2019 interview with former NZWC employee Matt Wicks to guide us through these excellent drams once again.
