A WELL-WRITTEN PERSONAL NARRATIVE CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE

INDICTED AND FACING PRISON
I’m Dr. Marc Blatstein. I’ve been where you are and am here to help you on your journey. With work, I was able to get my license reinstated and my career back.
For more info., check out PPSRUS.com.

· Prison is Temporary.
Knowledge and Preparation will help build back the confidence you’ll need to get through this process.

· Since you’ve heard that the DOJ and Feds have been asking questions, their case against you is primarily complete, approaching a 98% Conviction Rate.

· Hiring a legal team doesn’t just mean they have experience; they also need a proven track record of successfully defending cases like yours.

· The choices you make today - will help you tomorrow.
Provide openings for your client to feel comfortable enough to ask questions so they can learn what goes into a narrative, why it’s important, what Prison is like, what happens on day one, what you can bring, plus much more.
At sentencing is your chance to answer your judge's questions:

· Why and What Happened that caused you to break the law?
· Do you have remorse for the victims you’ve harmed, and are you willing to accept responsibility for your actions?

· THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON YOU’LL FIRST MEET IS THE PROBATION OFFICER WHO INTERVIEWS YOU.

• Their job is to write the official Presentence Report, which dictates your future, and then they provide a sentence recommendation to your judge.

· Putting your story into words (your narrative) followed by a conversation with your judge at sentencing can impact your sentence either below the guidelines (for the better) or above the guidelines (making it worse).
· If you do nothing, the four corners of your INDICTMENT and PSR will speak for you, which is likely not flattering.
· Does your client feel that 100% of their indictment was accurate? If not, they must speak up for themselves; otherwise, their INDICTMENT will speak for them.
