2. If the Current offense was violent
3. If it was a Sex offense conviction
4. Criminal history score
5. History of Violence and, or Escapes
6. Was Voluntary surrender an option?
· “Dynamic” factors, you can change over time
1. Age
2. Infraction convictions (Serious or Violent)
3. Number of programs completed
4. Number of Technical or Vocational courses completed
5. Education, Associates Degree
6. Drug Treatment and Education – if needed?
