HALFWAY HOUSE

INDICTED AND FACING PRISON
I’m Dr. Marc Blatstein. I spent time in Federal Prison, and now I’m here to help you on your journey. After the video, for more, check out PPSRUS.com.

With work, I was able to get my medical license reinstated.

· Prison is Temporary.
Knowledge and Preparation will help build back the confidence you’ll need to get through this process.

· Since you’ve heard that the DOJ has been asking questions, their case against you is mostly complete, with a

98% Conviction Rate. Don’t be the Ostridge!

· Hiring a legal team doesn’t just mean they have experience; they also need a proven track record of successfully defending cases like yours.

· The choices you make today - will help you tomorrow.
The Residential Reentry Managers (RRMs) have a limited number of beds available nationwide, which means that while mandatory, they are highly selective when it comes to accepting new inmates into their facilities and, in turn, home confinement programs, as they are also responsible for supervising those individuals.

· This is because they want to avoid any issues that may result in sending inmates back to prison (which makes them look bad to Their Supervisors). Therefore, they rely on recommendations from BOP Case Managers to determine a person’s (inmate's) suitability for placement.

· Engage in constructive activities and develop a well-thought-out release plan.

· Earn your GED and start taking college courses if applicable.

· This is your time to start exploring any interests you may have by reading nonfiction subjects (philosophy, history…, etc.) or painting if that is your passion. Just find something, and it will begin to take your mind away (a bit) from prison—as this is temporary, you will be released.

· If you've been through college or grad school (doctor, lawyer, PhD, etc...) or have business or life experience, offer to teach a class and give credit to the Case Managers.

· Remember that RRM and BOP Case Managers are employees responsible to their supervisors. Everything we do makes them look good or bad, so no promises here; keep moving forward.
The BOP is opening Day Reporting Centers Nationwide, where you are on home confinement (as these have no beds).

· They consider factors such as your risk level, progress while incarcerated, and ability to comply with the program's rules and regulations.

· By developing a solid release plan and demonstrating your commitment to your post-release goals, you can increase your chances of being accepted into a halfway house or home confinement program and successfully reintegrating into society.
