I’m Dr. Marc Blatstein. I, too, spent time in Federal Prison, and now I’m here to help you on your journey. With work, I was able to get my license reinstated.
I never knew this in 2006, only to learn it after release, but I believe it to my core. Please listen and learn from my experiences.

Prison is Temporary.
Knowledge and Preparation will help build back the confidence you’ll need to get through this process.

· Since you’ve heard that the DOJ and Feds have been asking questions, their case against you is mostly complete, with a 98% Conviction Rate.

· Hiring a legal team doesn’t just mean they have experience; they also need a proven track record of successfully defending cases like yours.

· The choices you make today - will help you tomorrow.

1 How much time does the Prosecutor want?
2 How much time did the Probation Officer who conducted the PSI - Recommend?
3 What did my counsel request before the PSI?
4 In reviewing the sentencing memorandum, approximately three weeks before sentencing, does it include,

· Appropriate Character Reference Letters (1-3), Your Personal NARRATIVE, RELEASE Plan, how the defendant (you) turned their life around and began making amends/restitution.
· Accepted Responsibility has genuine Remorse for the Victims Harmed.
· Statistics. Include a review of similar cases in this or nearby districts with this judge and their sentences.
· The Nature, circumstances, History, and Characteristics of this incident and why it happened, bringing up the client’s history where applicable.
· The Placement Request (includes Programs or Medical Reasons supporting the request), One Prison Only,
· Request A Surrender Date between the 14th and 21st of the month. Why? This may allow a second commissary visit to get the essentials (sneakers, socks, watch…, etc.) rather than waiting another month.
