· Prison is Temporary; you will be going home.
Knowledge and Preparation will help build back the confidence you’ll need to get through this process.
· Since you’ve heard that the Feds have been asking questions, their case against you is mostly complete, approaching a 98% Conviction Rate.
· Hiring a legal team doesn’t just mean they have experience; they also need a proven track record of successfully defending cases like yours.
· The choices you make today - will help you tomorrow.
Once complete, your narrative contains most of the information that the Probation Officer Needs to complete their Federal Probation Worksheet for their Presentence Report.
· Your NARRATIVE is your Brand, just like for companies: Nike: Do It, Tesla: Space-X, BMW: "The Ultimate Driving Machine," and Wheaties is the “Breakfast of Champions.”
· The INDICTMENT is your Narrative today unless you change it and write your own.
· The NARRATIVE helps the court understand your background and why and what you want to be in this courtroom today.
· The Narrative is another term for Autobiography.
· But as of today, if you have not written your Narrative, The DOJ Has, and they call it the INDICTMENT, and without your Narrative – this Indictment Will be your Sentence.
Your Clients’ Narrative is crucial when presenting themselves to the STAKEHOLDERS who will hold their future in their hands.
· Unfortunately, the DOJ has already taken the initiative and presented its Narrative about your client through their Indictment.
However, writing their narrative provides an honest and authentic version of themselves for your judge and their future STAKEHOLDERS to read.
· This is important as your Stakeholders have already read the DOJ Indictment, and their perception of you is primarily based on that.
· Therefore, crafting your NARRATIVE is essential for your success, as this is your first and hopefully last opportunity to address your Judge and future Stakeholders.
