We are all natural space holders. If you are here right now, then I bet you’re the person others come to when they are struggling whether it’s family, friends, or a random stranger you met on the street who volunteers very personal information to you.

If you choose to hold space for others personally or professionally as a coach, this episode is all about how you can create space so others feel safe to open up and so that you can take care of yourself, as well. We’ll explore some of the key concepts of presence that I teach to my students in the Wholehearted Life Coaching Certification Program.
