One of the reasons you may find yourself so effing stressed is that you are not drinking enough water. It’s an Essential, with a capital E, component in our stress management toolbox! Its impact on both mental and physical health is fundamental. Water is also the most important nutrient you can consume, as our bodies are made up of anywhere from 40-70% water!
