Meet Kammi Kurtz, an ER Travel Nurse, Nutrition Coach and Certified Personal Trainers. Kammi is one of the fitness and health industry's top leaders in helping many be the best versions of themselves physically, emotionally and spiritually. Kammi, shares her personal journey with her health struggles that ultimately changed what she knew best.

What impressed me the most about Kammi was that she did not let those obstacles change who she was. Instead, she took the challenge and turned it into a positive outcome to help others. Relying on her faith and with the help of others, Kammi started to her journey to reshape her path meant for her.

Here's a little more on Kammi:

Kammi is dedicated to helping others reach their full potential and who the Lord created them to be by taking care of their health and their bodies and growing through life. I grew up as an athlete and went through my health trials in high school that ultimately gave me the passion I have today when it comes to health, gut health, and health and wellness. Being a former soccer athlete, the Lord took me on a totally different path and I ended up running Division 1 Cross Country and Track & Field in college at Liberty University where I also got my nursing degree and now work as a travel nurse in the emergency department.

Because of what Kammi went through in high school and now being a nurse taking care of others, she does her best to lead by example and from the front when it comes to my own personal health and wellness journey. Kammi currently takes the “hybrid” training approach, which she has been doing for about 4 years since graduating college and has been her favorite style of training.

Kammi has also completed a full Ironman triathlon and hopes to do more in the future! Through her story, Kammi hopes someone can be encouraged that you are capable and made for so much more. Setbacks are always opportunities for growth and comebacks! If we just aim to get 1% better each day, you never know where we’ll end up.
