Lately, I have seen morning routines that are 500 steps long and not feasible for busy women. Today I am highlighting three steps to make your morning work for you and start your day off right.

These three steps are not complicated and can be done by anyone!

I talk about the obstacles many have with morning routines and while the multi-step routines some do are amazing, you can do an abbreviated version and still start your day right!
