Do you struggle to find the right words when you need to say “no,” enforce a boundary, give feedback, or navigate other difficult conversations? Listen up because this episode is for you!
Brittney Richardson and I sat down to have a conscious conversation about boundaries and negotiation as WOC leaders. In this episode, you’ll hear us talk about saying no, asking for help, setting boundaries, and giving and receiving feedback.

I also share scripts that you can use in specific circumstances, so if you’ve been putting off a difficult conversation because you don’t know what to say, there might be a script that you can use in this episode!

Brittney Richardson is a nonprofit professional with over 10 years of experience in building communities both in person and online. As a passionate advocate for women and people of color, Brittney has dedicated her career to supporting underrepresented communities.
