Did you know that healthy eating can become unhealthy without the right mindset? On today's episode, I will be discussing all things food freedom. It is absolutely possible to reach our health goals without having such rigid rules around food and being flexible with our choices is a MUST in order to live a healthy and happy life. It's time to throw out the rulebook and take back control over our health without cutting out all of our favourite foods. Food has the ability to bring so much joy into people's lives and developing a good relationship with food can make all the difference.
