In the first half, the "Pre-Competition thoughts" section of this solo cast; I talk about my decision-making process around signing up to compete. Then, I go into the plan we made for preparation, both physical & mental. I talk about some of the hardest parts of the preparation as well and how I chose to overcome them. Last I share a few parting thoughts before signing off and transitioning to "Post-Competition thoughts".
