Nate received his Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Kansas. He is recognized as a Top 100 keynote speaker, a Process Communication Model® Certifying Master Trainer, and the author of four books on interpersonal communications. He has served as an adjunct professor for Conflict Resolution at Pepperdine University for over a decade and is also a founding member of the Changing Work Collective.
