And number three if it continues, let your supervisor or designated officer know.
Educating around sexual harassment and developing strong policies and procedures to deter It, are the most effective means of minimizing its occurrence and impact.
It's not easy to stand up to a harasser, but use the policies and supports that you have available to help you to stand up to the bully.
