Have you ever experienced being in FLOW? Like when time seems to stand still?

Or have you ever had hyperfocus? When you can get 100 things done faster and with more ease??

On this week's episode, I share with you the Value of Being in FLOW and how we can all harness the energy of it.

When you think of the word “flow,” what comes to mind? It’s not your typical flow when you’re "swimming in the water" a phrase I often use;
What I mean by FLOW is when you feel like things are moving for you, aligning for you - like the universe is working in your favor.
But to get into the “flow,” you must recognize the times you are in it first.
Do you remember the last time you felt in FLOW?
When did it happen, what were you doing??
I guide you through a process of how to connect with finding that feeling.
Now if you want to get into the state of wanting to flow more often, follow these steps:
1. BUILD Awareness - What are the kinds of activities that get you into flow?
2. Document it - When did it happen? What activity did it happen around?
3. And this is the MOST important one...
Analyze the DATA - This can help you make decisions on how to get into flow consistently. What does the Data tell you about what works for your brain with getting into FLOW?
On the other hand. If you’re like me who has ADHD you may have experienced something called "hyper-focus flow" - a time in which the brain goes into a heightened state of focus.
As someone who is diagnosed with ADHD, I understand it and have coached individuals with it. ADHD comes from how our brain processes stimuli.
Because of ADHD, we have access to Hyperfocus, a deeper version of flow - Where you think very clearly and time seems to stand still. Hyperfocus tends to happen when enough adrenaline or dopamine happens to move you forward to getting things done. When you can tap into Hyperfocus it feels like a superpower!
In this episode you’ll learn:

  • How to find your Flow.
  • What being in the Flow means and how to connect to it so you can build on FULLY being present.
  • Tools to help you get into your Flow more often.
  • What Hyper Focus Flow is and how to navigate it.
  • Getting yourself into Hyper-Focus Flow with a realistic outlook on it.
