Stephanie is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor with over a decade of experience. She currently lives near Asheville, North Carolina where she writes, paints, and leads all-inclusive yoga retreats. Occasionally she hosts retreats in her two of her favorite spots, the coasts of Ecuador and Florida.

Stephanie doesn’t simply teach “yoga.” She holds space for personalized growth while guiding students to a place of self-empowerment – where they learn to heal themselves – which always begins from the inside. She meets her students where they are, from beginners to experienced yogis seeking to learn more advanced asana postures and techniques.

In addition to yoga, Stephanie is passionate about writing. Her messages focus on spiritual exploration and personal growth, which she expresses through thoughtful articles and poetry. She is currently working on her first book, Ayahuasca Spirit Medicine. Check out her blog.
