Life has been lifein' y'all. Phew just survived the end of another fiscal year at work and now waiting to see if there will be a government shut down. The last 6 weeks have been crazy and of course it's when my husband has been traveling! So how did I stay sane through all the chaos? I have three tips I shared with you in this episode to help you too stay sane in seasons of stress!

  1. Stick to the script
  2. Take 10
  3. Shut it down
