Be boring! Repetition is boring but you are worth it. When you continue to do the same thing it's like you are paving a road in your brain, so that pretty soon you are just on autopilot.

I was recently asked by my boss for feedback and I got to thinking about my best way of learning which is repetition. I work with a lot of people who are wanting change. How do you make change happen? Repetitive baby steps working towards a clear and specific goal.

I wanted to share with you how I create habit mastery. See if you can benefit from the steps I shared. You may get kick back from your brain and you just tell it to be quiet! You will be shocked when you look back and see how far you have come on mastering your habits.

  • Identify a clear goal and how it will feel to not accomplish that goal
  • Start small
  • Reward yourself

Book Mentioned: Tiny Habits by Dr. BJ Fogg, PhD
