I've been reading "Busy, How To Thrive In a World of Too Much". What we don't realize, is all the things that have us runnin' pillar to post, could be getting in the way of us focusing on moving our lives or businesses forward. When we reduce these smaller tasks we make room for more A Tasks. Are you too unintentionally D.I.M.'ing your priorities? Hopefully, this episode helps!
