He was about to release his 2nd book 'The Social Distance Between Us' and his 'Darren McGarvey's Addictions' TV show which both went onto win awards and seen him go onto his current sold out UK tour plus be interviewed by the likes of Frankie Boyle & The Blindboy Podcast.
