She explains how nature eventually taught her to let these thoughts go.

  • Gaining realizations by embracing nature
  • Knowing that you're right where you're supposed to be
  • Understanding the 'oneness' of all

QUOTES

Deborah: "Nature is not productive 24/7 and I had been running my business as if I didn't have to follow the laws of nature. I was often working round the clock for clients. And what I came to understand was that I was operating against the laws of nature. I was just giving and giving some more and not allowing myself to receive."

Deborah: "I had only been giving, I haven't been allowing myself to receive. I had only been giving, I haven't been allowing myself to rest. And I hadn't allowed myself to just be. I was so in the mode of doing, doing, doing, I didn't even know how to be."

Deborah: "Whenever we're taking a big risk, we feel this click and it often is at the heart and it's often at the solar plexus. And that's by design because it's like our body is saying, 'I got you' and the squeeze is actually the catalyst that's going to get us to the next level."
