As an integrative counsellor, I really enjoy having different tools to use alongside my very relational approach to therapy. One of the tools I often reach for is elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). In this episode I discuss which CBT tools I use and how I work them into therapy if it feels useful and helpful to do so. Welcome to my tool bag!

If you would like to leave me a review, please do, it would mean a lot to me on this brand new venture and helps to support me in what I am trying to achieve in reaching lots of student counsellors.
