This week, Kat dives into the concept of "normal" and how certain behaviors or trends become normalized over time, even if they aren't always what's best for us. Why do we start wanting to wear or do something just because we see it everywhere? Kat unpacks the idea of fitting in and questions whether we've begun to use the word "normal" to justify things that maybe shouldn't be.
