If anyone knows me, you know I grew up with a diet full of processed, and easy to over-eat foods - that I still love to this day.
Unfortunately in order to lose fat, keep it off, and stay healthy, we can't eat those types of foods all of the time.
BUT, there are some amazing "food swaps" you can make that are similar to your favorite foods, that are much lower in calories, higher in protein, and better for maintaining a healthy bodyweight and keeping you fuller, longer.
In this episode I'm diving into 10 of my favorite food swaps I've made over the years and how they've helped me, and even some of my clients, TREMENDOUSLY through our fat loss and fitness journey's.
