How much water should I drink? Can I rely on my thirst to figure out how much I should be drinking? Is tap water safer or do I need to filter my water? What about bottled water?

With something as simple as water, the answer to these questions seems like it should be easy. But like most things, there are a lot of factors to consider when answering them.
