Getting outside to exercise in the winter can be challenging, especially if you are used to being inside for your workouts. In this episode I talk about how to dress for exercising in winter weather, why this is important, and how to be safe and warm. Resources mentioned in the Show My post about why you should exercises outside Icebreaker base layers are my favorite, they last a long time and are worth the investment. Smartwool is also a good option, but they don’t last as long as Icebreaker.
