Are you struggling to fit everything into your week? Are you short changing your rest because you’re opening up the laptop after the rest of the family goes to bed? This was what I used to do when I was trying to balance a new career and being a new mom. Fortunately, I turned things around before I became completely exhausted and burned out. I developed a time management strategy that helped me stop being a perfectionist and a people pleaser and allowed me to center my life around what’s most important. In this episode I describe this journey and what I specifically did to turn my life around.
