You may be wondering, is it REALLY possible to be completely pain-free? You may feel like the pain you are feeling and have possibly experienced for years is something you’re just going to have to live with forever. I have had so many clients come to me saying their doctors, physical therapists or chiropractors have told them that after having the pain for a couple of years, it’s likely something they’ll have to deal with forever so let’s use what resources we have and tools to make the most of it.

Hearing that is incredibly frustrating and defeating, and I personally, don’t believe it’s true.

I'm going to share my experience as a physical therapist, and how my perspective of living pain-free, and overcoming chronic pain has completely changed by finding a different path that helped me overcome my own chronic back pain.

Let this episode be your encouragement to continue your search for pain relief, and also challenge you to look at a much broader picture aside from just physical treatment.
