Often when we feel stressed out, anxious or super triggered we have disconnected with the intelligence of our body in some way.
In certain instances we might need someone to guide us back into our body via guided breath practices, body scans or other modalities that they literally talk us through.
In most everyday experiences, we can turn our focus within and guide ourselves back to our centre.
