YTS Cares brings you its latest episode of the podcast series “Stress Counselling Through Podcast in Response of COVID-19” initiated by Youth Thinkers' Society in collaboration with UN Women Nepal. This episode is filled with important information regarding mental health concerns during crisis situations. Generally, crisis situations can be very stressful that could trigger one’s mental wellbeing in the long term. In regards to mental health during crisis situations, this episode lights upon the roles of individuals, organizations, community and the nation as a whole to ensure their mental wellbeing and talks about the psychological impact on the general population.

In conversation with our moderator Ms Nishma Dhungana Choudhary and expert Mr. Kamal Gautam, Senior Consultant Psychiatrist, TPO Nepal, this episode provides us insights on different dimensions of mental health during various crisis situations along with the guided exercise and myth buster.
