We are kicking off our most epic year-long series yet by counting down your favorite horror films of each year of the 2000s, starting with -- you guessed it -- 2000 and having a full conversation about one of the films from your list. It's the very first installment of 20/20/2020!

This inaugural episode not only reveals your top 10 favorites of 2000, but features an extended conversation sparked by SHADOW OF THE VAMPIRE, the meta-fictional, darkly comic tale about the making of the classic 1922 silent film, Nosferatu. In addition to incredible performances (particularly from Willem Dafoe, who was nominated for an Oscar for his role), the film features some remarkable observations about the ways that our obsessions with producing a desired ending can cause us to enlist -- and possibly become -- monsters.
