Alana Cohen is a speech language pathologist, who became aware of gut health when noticing her daughter’s mood swings. Alana took initiative to research and implement a healthy diet in order to teach her daughter the importance of health. Alana authored a book called The Buggies in Bella’s Belly in order to teach families to importance of children’s gut health. Alana joins the Mental Insights Podcast to speak about gut health and the way it manifests within children today.
