Episode 39 – Benefits of Movement for our Children

On this episode we are talking with Maryann Deutsch about movement for our little ones. Maryann Deutsch, MS, OT/L is a pediatric occupational therapist and co-founder of Tots On Target. After years of working in hospitals, sensory gyms, early intervention, and schools, she partnered with her friend, Allison Mell, PT, DPT, to create an online community forum where parents, teachers, and pediatric professionals can come together to discuss any and all topics related to child development. In addition, they have a informative pages on Instagram (@totsontarget) and Facebook (@Tots On Target) and have recently launched their podcast, Tot Talk with Tots On Target. Mary has always been passionate about looking at each child holistically and individually, believing that collaboration between all disciplines maximizes child outcomes. With Tots On Target’s growing community at www.totsontarget.com she hopes that this philosophy can help many parents in raising their children.
