This is the last episode about Chapter 1 of the book Intuitive Eating rev 4. The focus of this episode is various things that have been found to promote or interfere with intuitive eating. (pages 10-17 of the book).

In this episode I reflect on how these factors have be present in my past, my present, and in my role as a parent.
