In this episode, I continued my exploration of Chapter 1 of the Intuitive Eating book (revision 4).

Some of the questions I explored are:

There are so many positive things that are correlated with high intuitive eating. What gets in our way of committing fully to IE?

Rebuilding trust is a big part of intuitive eating. When did I lose my trust in myself?

How might intuitive eating during my college years have impacted me?

How have I gotten through some of the biggest concerns that are voiced about intuitive eating?

Where do I see the results on focusing on weight loss show up within the IF Communities?
