Today’s podcast episode is all about restoring trust in your body. Wherever you are on the Birth Warrior journey, you may have experienced losing trust in your body, becoming disappointed, or even hating your body when it fails to do what you want it to do. I want to offer a gentle reminder that experiencing a loss or infertility may be our body sending us a message that we need to heal something. It may be trauma, stress, or any painful experience that we had in the past.

Our body can be considered as our vehicle and compass as we are moving around in this world. That’s why it is very important that we learn how to listen to it, tune in to it, and trust it.

Diving deeper into Part 2 of this episode, I’ve included a few exercises that can help Birth Warriors, into bringing back love and trust in your bodies. → This episode will help you to better understand what happens in the body after loss, infertility, or trauma, and how to restore the trust in our bodies that’s needed to navigate the world with confidence. I also walk you through a simple exercise to learn to reconnect with the body.
