My 13 year self has a few words to say...
Jump into my time machine as I open the portal to 1987 and examine how codependency found its way into my belief system. I get real vulnerable in this one and share some of my teenage poetry and talk about the impactful events that have shaped my self worth and created a distorted worldview that I am still healing from.
If you struggle with codependency and a need to please because you think that you have to perform to get love, this is a good episode to listen to.
