The fact that hair issues are a huge aspect of dermatologists’ practice is commonly overlooked. Though I don’t typically talk about hair here, I’ve given focus on – not just keeping locks smooth and strong – but how to keep those locks. With that, let me remind you to see your dermatologist for any issues on hair such as loss or breakage.

After all, today’s episode is dedicated to Hair Loss Awareness month!

In this episode, we’ll discuss:

  • The significance of your Hair Cuticle’s pH
  • Hair anatomy in relation to its pH
  • The DO’s and DON'Ts for shampoos, conditioners, plus brushing & combing
