Hey Rebels and Misfits! Welcome to the newest episode of the SOAL Season 3 Mini-Series: Astonishing women of color healers. Today's #WOCHealer is Judy Tsuei. She's a yoga teacher, Reiki, healer. Writer and speaker on all things, mental health for Asian-Americans. She is the hostess of F*ck Saving Face, a podcast that is both assuring and provocative while empowering Asian Americans to rebel against upholding the model minority standard. Judy aims to redefine what it means to be strong, courageous, and to break taboos placed on us by the generations that came before.

  • *Storytelling can bridge generational gaps and destigmatize discussions around Mental Health.
  • *We can create and be new models for Asian beauty.
