You are running on fumes, anxious and tired. When anxiety takes the driver's seat, you have a few options...

Fight, flight or freeze. Fight, become upset, or resentful towards this feeling. Flight, numb yourself to this feeling, and detach from yourself. Freeze, let it take over, and hold on for dear life as the anxiety takes you through the ringer.
