This episode will shed light on a whole different perspective and journey on the motherhood experience. Stephanie is a courageous, strong, and brave mother who shares her story with us. I was lucky to meet Stephanie at Virginia Tech. She was a few years older than me, but we were both fitness instructors. Stephanie has many chapters to her motherhood, even though her children are pretty young. We discuss loss in this episode; her beautiful son jack, her firstborn, was diagnosed with hydranencephaly. Tune in as Stephanie speaks about listening to your body, navigating grief, and the importance of support.
