It's another SOAL Special featuring an Astonishing #WOCHealer! Ms. Noor Pinna is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and transformative mindset coach. She helps women break free from the barriers of shame, emboldening them to advocate for themselves and their communities, and to embody resiliency.

Noor guides women to celebrate deeply nourishing self-care rituals byway of designing healthy boundaries and reframing any cognitive dissonances. She has administered mental health services internationally, notably in the support of Afghan women.
