Tiwalola is a globally recognised and qualified life coach, international speaker, Positive Psychology Specialist and Master Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner. Born and raised in Nigeria, Tiwalola talks to Jess about her experience of being raised by strong, unstoppable women, yet still struggled with a negative mindset in her early years.

Inspired by the book 15 Laws Of Growth, Tiwalola learnt that 'growth is intentional and confidence, is practice'. She realised her power to programme her mind and uses this experience to inspire women lacking confidence and self-esteem.

Tiwalola talks to Jess about how she overcame the pandemic roadblock to create her hugely successful business, and together they discuss the entrepreneurial journey, looking at how a positive mindset relates to:

  • Overcoming your inner critic
  • Reprogramming your mind
  • Being vocal about your own accomplishments
  • The generational cycle
  • Encouraging women to run businesses
  • Tackling toxic work cultures
  • Overcoming fear

Tiwalola shares her insight about how to conquer your inner critic, and how articulating your strengths and skills will help 'reprogram' your mind and approach your future with confidence and optimism.

Jess and Tiwalola discuss toxic workplace culture, gender-bias, calling out microaggressions and having uncomfortable conversations, and how shifting the focus from what’s the worst that can happen to what’s the best and break down fear.
