my friends, we, "the human," are like a giant family tree. We all are like branches, grow in different directions, different shapes, different colors, but our roots remain as one, deep in the earth. When you look at others, what you see? We will find a tendency to label or categorize other people based on our pre-existing ideas and standards. We may make positive or negative judgments based on our idea of this person. This process can happen so fast it is almost automatic. In this meditation, we change this. We try to see the divine in the other, rather than whatever labels or pictures our mind has produced. Thank you for your support Thank you for your comments Be safe; let's go out there and find divine and goodness in our fellow human beings. Remember, no matter what color, religion, gender, nationality, language, but our roots remain as one deep in our earth. Be sure to do your one-minute voice message and tell us about your experience. So long till the next episode. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/effortlessmeditation/support
