The relationship dynamic in a long-term marriage is tricky enough before adding IVF to the mix. But then, once you are in the thick of your fertility journey as a couple, it can seem like there are land mines everywhere.

How do you stay connected? How do you support each other and learn to be good communicators while dealing with a rollercoaster of emotions?

On this episode of the FU Project, my wonderful husband, Brian Pannuzzo joins me to talk about the fertility journey as a couple. We get into what it was like, what we learned, and what we would do differently. Plus, I will give you some information and action steps that we spent thousands of dollars in therapy on.

Brian Pannuzzo is a nutrition and health coach, and, well, my lovely husband and the father to our two (expensive) children. When he is not coaching his own clients, he helps my patients identify trends in their diet and nutrition that may be preventing them from getting pregnant and how to create building blocks for a healthier lifestyle.

  • The differences in our perspectives on the same experience
  • What we would do differently as a couple
